This is OK for the money, the adapter that comes with for the larger hitch than can be removd for a smaller hitch does not come off as easy as explained, my husband needed to "smash" off with a hammer, and it took a while ... and the smaller hitch attachment is not a snug fit, it wiggles a bit but otherwise this is just as described, decent rack for the money

I really like the rack and I would give it a 5 star, but it have one thing I don't like. When you put it in the hitch there's a nut that you screw into with a bolt and it wobbles and shakes. Then the bolt is hard to get out. It should be welded in and a pin would be better.

This is the worse bike rack I have ever seen. The part that goes into your hitch is plastic which was never mentioned anywhere in the description. I put it on my truck and put my 2 bikes on it and it was so unstable I'm afraid of using it, it leans from one side to the other. The rack itself is not bad it's made of steel but that's the only good thing about the rack.

Dangerous one of my bikes fell off in the middle of the highway only if the straps were better n not removable this would've been a good product. Even scratched my truck. STAY AWAY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

I don't mind that it's cheap or wobbly. What I don't like about the product is that it is not easily attached or removed from my car. In fact, once I got it on, it hasn't been taken off bc it was too difficult to put on, which obviously is not ideal. I'm working on finding a replacement for the bolt that will make it easier to connect and undo. Also the Velcro straps are useless. I use 3 bungee cords in order to hold it on. Otherwise, it's an okay product for what it costs.
