Great product at a great price!
Love the newer version of Quicken! I was using the 2002 version when my old Mac G4 finally died. I got a used 2008 iMac and this computer is too old for the current version from Quicken. Not a good replacement for Quicken Essentials
I purchased this version because my Quicken Essentials stopped working when I upgraded my Macbook Pro to High Sierra (Apple stopped supporting PowerPC apps). Was able to install and run Quicken Mac 2007 on my Macbook Pro O/S 10.13.1, but could not import the data from the Quicken Essentials files stored on my Macbook. I was able to recover Quicken Essentials on another Mac, but the Export from Essentials on the recovered files and the import to Quicken 2007 on my Macbook did not pick up all my transactions. I plan to try again, but just have not had the time to noodle through the process. In the mean time, I am using remote desktop to access the files on the computer running the recovered Quicken Essentials app. I see no value in a subscription based service, so I refuse to by a Quicken 2018 subscription. I am looking at archiving the Quicken Essentials data in an Excel file and starting new the first of the year with a application like CheckBook Pro.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Quicken 2007 Mac Import Does Not Deliver. Does Deliver if Looking to Start Fresh
Information on internet said Q2007 would import older versions of Quicken. It only goes back to 2004. I purchased to convert Quicken 5 (1996 or so). Q2007 will not read the data file or recognize or read the QIF file from Quicken 5 (it is greyed-out). I wanted to import my old files, but if I choose I can start fresh with Q2007, in which case it would be a welcome upgrade to my Quicken Deluxe, be on a more stable machine, and not have to deal with the Quicken Mac issues on newer versions and the constant nagging to upgrade and pay an annual contract fee.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Legacy Quicken Mac 2007
I am still using this dinosaur because it can generate reports for my small business that the current Quicken Mac 2017 cannot. I had to install 2007 on a new machine, and I couldn't locate my ancient original copy of 2007. Still works okay with Mac OS 10.13, but beware that a fresh install will nag you every time you go online to download transactions to register your copy of Quicken, which is now impossible since Intuit sold Quicken Mac, and no longer supports the 2007 version.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Data Migration
Purchased this (Q2007) as an intermediate step between Q2003 and the current version, to move old data onto a new machine & version. Appears to have imported well, but haven't had the opportunity to check it out thoroughly. The thumb drive cleared all virus/malware checks and the software installed without issue. Need this to upgrade some quicken programs to new ones. It’s also the best version out there even better than current software
This software comes on a flash drive. It’s a great old quicken version—people say it’s their fave of ALL versions of Quicken. Even the new ones. You also need this version to upgrade certain older Quicken programs to the new ones. At least that was the way it was when I bought this more than a year ago. Research what you’ll need so you buy so you get the correct version needed to upgrade quicken to their newest system. This helped out my mom a lot. Required for continuity of operation when upgrading the Mac to El Capitan from Snow Leopard
Due to the need to upgrade the Mac from Snow Leopard to El Capitan we needed to find a replacement or upgrade to Quicken 2007 who has served well for over 10 years. We initially thought to use Quicken 2017 but after installing it and moving the data from Quicken 2007, we found the application unacceptable due to the lack of features that we were removed from Quicken 2007. Unbelievable that this company could eliminate such items as register and reconciliation reports, just amazing. Just what I needed
My wife had been using Quicken 2006 for Mac. We discovered recently that we could not update her OS X because it no longer supported the older Quicken. This 2007 version worked perfectly to convert her data to what the current OS X will run on. It was a bit more expensive than I would have liked, but it did the job so it was worth it.
