Didn't work for me, but might work for you.
Every person reacts differently to diet supplements, however I have been on this for a month, I've been eating better and increased my cardio at the gym. I've lost almost no weight, my appetite has not gone down, but my friend has lost 9lbs in two and a half weeks. Like I said, everyone responds differently, so it may work for you. On my second bottle.I read elsewhere taking 3-4 pills 1hour before meal helps with result.I initially tried 2 but upped to 3 for curiosity.Definitely huge change and have lost about 5 pounds in less then 2 weeks just by taking these before meals aswel as subconsciously being aware of my eating .Im continuing to take these for they definitely curb appetite.Although if excersize isn't included in your daily regimen then results like anything else won't be as effective. reccomended with a gentle colon cleanser they aide perfectly.Verified purchase: Yes
