Perfect for Hackintosh duty, as it has the desireable onboard HD3000 Intel Graphics. Faster than pretty much all the Pentiums and Celerons of the era, and surprisingly close in speed to modern Haswell Core i3s. An absolute bargain under $50 if you can find it for that. Heat generated is surprisingly low and plays nice with mini-ITX and similar form factors. I know the world's gone to DDR4 and Skylake, but CPUs like this'll keep most folks happy for years to come.
