This is a nice clear scope the magnification is good. I put this on my contender with the 14" 22lr barrel and it works great. It is as clear as the 1x Nikon I replaced with it. The bad is that it was not easily adjusted but it did dial in and the first time I turned the side adjustment the ring around it telling wich way left is fell off. Its a $30 scope but its well worth the purchase. Once sighted in I shot 15 rounds at 40 yards and it shot a dime sized hole in the bullseye, so it stays on target. I may try one of theese on the 7x30 watters next. The description says it has 1" rings for easy mounting but its not true, its a 1" tube and does not come with the rings.

I mounted and bore sighted only, have not shot yet. Field of view is small! but will work , optic is clear especially for the low cost. This scope is mounted on a TC Encore pistol (7mm-08). I used weaver quad rings to mount it. This scope does come with rings but one of mine stripped out right away. the reason I rate only 3 stars is the limited FOV and the faulty ring ( NOT MY FAULT) . If you were going to do some serious shooting I would buy a better scope , for the occasional trip to the range or 22LR this scope would be fine. If your on a budget this scope will serve its purpose until you can upgrade .

Scope is clear.. Cross hairs are fine. Power adjustment was stiff at first but is much better. Mounted it on a Crosman 2289 backpacker air gun so there is no recoil. I sighted it in at 30yds and is holding zero. It is a good scope for the money for my application. Not too big and the power is right to make my little pump air gun extremely accurate at 30 yds and deadly for squirrels and small varmints.. I have not had it that long to speak of how well it will hold up long term but so far so good. As with anything you get what you pay for but for my purposes this fit my needs perfectly.

Mounted up on my Winny 44 Mag Trapper, this scope worked like a champ the first and second outing. It's definitely not the brightest scope available but it was sufficient. First range trip, tight 50-yard zero, no problem. Second trip, still good to go out to 75 yards. I was actually impressed at the time. But on the third range trip, rounds began scattering. I attempted to re-zero with no luck. I'd get it on for a round or two then rounds would scatter again. I removed the scope, checked the mount (which was still rock solid), and then remounted my Sightron S30-5 red dot, which was still spot on at 50 yards, no problem. A few days later I remounted the NcStar 2-7X32 scout scope, wanting it to work. But no, it will no longer zero and maintain zero for more than two rounds before scattering again. The rifle's recoil is comparable to a 30-30, maybe a bit less, and the scope should not have died.Read full review

I have worked with long-eye relief scopes before, so I was familiar with mounting this scope. After bore sighting my scope I took it to the range and it didn't take long to sight it in. This scope holds at zero for heavy calibers. I use this scope for the fifty yard target, but to shoot at a hundred yards I would need the aid of a spotting scope.
