The Dyson DC24 cleaner head assembly I received was brand new, so naturally I got the quality I expected. I can't evaluate the price & whether or not it was a great value. Factory part. Vacuum like new.
This is a factory duplicate of the head assembly for my Dyson-24 Animal vacuum. Years ago it started making a loud noise while using the beater brush. Finally the beater bar stopped turning. I replaced the bar only to have the plastic "teeth" immediately stripped. Replacing the entire head assembly solved the problem.
