This is a really nice product that works very well. Not only do you get detailed castings but the silicone does a great job reproducing smooth and ridged textures. Drying time is quick yet very reasonable work time and thick enough not to leak out of the former easily. I am a professional 2d production artist specializing in outdoor durable prints and advertising. I see this product as a great way to get into the third dimension and reproduce works, parts, etc.

This is the only platinum silicone rubber I use now for making my custom molds. They are very strong and durable, yet have just enough elasticity to suit my needs with both polyester and epoxy resin. I was able to make (5) 2 piece 2" sphere molds with this "trial" unit, so don't let that term fool you. It's an excellent value and I'm about to buy more now! 👍👍👍
