Dash Cap For 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup
I purchased the dash cap to restore the looks of my pickup's interior as the original dash had several cracks. The cap seems to be of good quality and the fit is very good. It has the original grain molded into it so it looks just like the original dash. There are screws on either end of he dash near the bottom of where the cap covers that I made little relief cuts for to help it fit tighter on the ends but this was not absolutely necessary. The reason I give it 4 stars is that the directions tell you to lay a pencil sized bead of silicon glue all the way around the edges and around each vent hole but there is not enough glue provided. I think there should be two tubes of glue provided for a dash cap this size with the number of vent holes in it. I only had enough glue to minimally achieve a small bead around the vent holes because I went around the edges first, so I don't know how it will hold up in the long run and not lift around the vent holes.

Good but needs a little work
First off let me start by saying that I ran out of adhesive. And Evan after trimming my dash bezel still does not fit flush :(. All in all still better then a cracked dash lets see how long it hold up to the sun
