Great original replacement
This product seems to be an identical replacement of the original visor. You just need a small ratchet set to get the two bolts out to remove the old one and re-install the new one, after carefully popping off the small plastic cover to get to the bolts. It does come with the light and mirror(another review said they did not get it with the light). It works great and was less than half the price of a replacement at the dealership! Nice Visor, Good Value
I was told at my local Nissan dealer that replacing my broken visor would cost about $220. It was literally held on by two screws. I will say for my Pathfinder, the old visor had a lighted mirror and this one does not, so it's not an exact replacement. (The lighting is through a plug that looks sort of like a phone jack-very easy switch). But, I'm willing to sacrifice the lighting to save the $120, so all in all it's a good value.
