POP Pilates is Pilates like you have never seen before.it is intense, fun, and will give you strong, long, and lean dancer-like muscles. You will be challenged and your abs will be sore! Cassey knows how to push you to your limits, but always with a smile.
This is only a 30 minute DVD but don't let that fool you. I'm am SWEATING and my heart is racing. These workouts are definitely targeted to the mid section but it workouts my more than that. I was using the Andrea Spier DVD but it is slow paced and while the moves were moderately challenging it doesn't get your heart beating. Casey is my new favorite Pilates instructor.
THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS! I couldn't even get into some of the positions to do the exercises! If you can actually make it through these workouts, you are already in shape.
