Effective exercise tool
The good: the item seems to be fairly good quality. I can definitely feel the exercise in my forearms. Not so good: the nut that holds the weight on seems to come loose often, it has not fallen off yet, but, a weight being dropped on your foot can be concerning. I used a wrench to tighten excessively and it seems to be better. Great forearm workout
Works the brachialis (top muscle on the forearm) and wrist very well. I am able to strike a punching bag harder, and for longer without my wrist buckling from fatigue. I think this is a must have for forearm development. It’s also very comfortable to use and does not hurt my wrists
