I'll say this, the actual owner of these products does a great job of responding to clientele and seems like a genuinely nice person. My biggest gripe was the actual shipping process of this item. Aside from coming week lake, the dumbbells were falling out of their packing, encased in grime and dirt and took me 30 minutes to clean them efficiently. Honestly it was really disgusting. It seems like USPS cares little for the packaging of these item. However, the quality of the dumbbells are decent (far better than the metal ones) so it's not a huge deal breaker. See the image below.
