Outstanding defence against heat cramps and fatigue.
These tablets help to make it through the day working outside in the heat here in Florida and other hot areas. Additionally, after a good work out, the tablets can relieve cramps in minutes. Two tablets in the morning are enough to ward off cramps for a 200 plus pound man, though individual needs may vary. Recommend them for anyone working or playing outside and suffering from cramps or heat related problems. For people on sodium restricted diets or with high blood pressure, consider that each tablet has 180 mg of sodium and 15 mg of potassium when monitoring daily sodium intake.

Very effective
I was getting light headed & dizzy due sweating so much during hikes. Taking 5 Thermotabs/day [one about every 3 hours] + a Magnesium/Calcium supplement cured it. I've never had another problem. Thermotab is the only salt supplement I was able to find .

You need salt!
The body needs salt. You sweat it out daily and need replenishment. These were sold as "expired" however; salt is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial and does not actually expire. Dates are placed by the manufacturers of most products for shelf turnover. These are great for bug out bags, camping, hiking, or any other sport where you'll be sweating and may not have access to traditional, iodized, table salt.
