The product was exactly what was advertised and required. It was the least expensive and was delivered early and with no damage. The problem however is t he product was defective; one of the actuators doesn't work. After installing it completely, it was quickly determined the power button to move the mirror up and down works, but the one that controls the movement from left to right doesn't. Now the purpose was to replace a mirror that had been damaged by a truck in a parking that scraped the passenger side. The previous mirror could not be moved or set..In fact it was hanging complete out of the casing. This mirror can be adjusted and set, but only manually in some cases. So, the question is, it is a 2003 car, used rarely by an elderly mother. She'd lived with it broken for months. Do I take the time to remove it (not an easy task) pack it up, ship it back and wait for a replacement two-3 weeks later, or simply live with it as is. I have chosen to live with it as is. But, be aware, anyone buying one should check that it works BEFORE putting back the speaker and side panel on the door. .
This product was everything it said it would be and works great. It was easy for me to install personally and probably save me three to $600 buying it and having it installed anywhere else.
