Great for my Grizzly!
I bought this as a "not a seat" for my kids to "not" ride with me on my '09 Yamaha Grizzly. It fits great on the back rack! And it's surprisingly comfortable for all my kids from age 6 up to 13. The hand-holds are a big plus. If it had stirrups for the smaller kids' feet it'd be perfect. The only con is that they include only about 5 different sheets that say "Not for riding on your ATV!" and of course it's a seat so...Anyway, installs with U bolts (included). Two side compartments are sealed, the center one is not. It's good. Just get it.

Mounted on a Can Am Outlander
this is a awesome box and built really well but when mounted on my Can Am Outlander the slope of the seat you feel like you are constantly going to slide out of the seat. I did roll up a towle and put it under the seat and it helped a little, but nothing against the box just not a grate fit for my Can am.
