High quality, brand new. I don't give 5 stars because the shipping was slow.

These gloves were designed in the 1980's by Everlast for the speed bad, and I bought these to replace the ones I purchased in 1983 (and were falling apart). With Mexican-style wraps, these gloves work well with the heavy bag because of the 1 lb metal rod in the palm (which provides an extra pop for your jab). For the speed bag, I used just wraps, no gloves.

I have an original par of these gloves that are wearing out and was trying to preserve . These ones however are not genuine leather. Although they did a good job and are good for the money . They just aren't what I expected. Then again you get .....

The product was not what was advertised. The bag gloves were everlast 4310 not 4308. The box the gloves came in had 4308 on the label. The 4308 gloves are heavier weight than the 4310s.
