    Remote oil filter

    I'm using this as an automatic transmission filter on the cooler line of a Nemesis II 700R4. Competition usage generates a lot of debris that the ordinary in-pan automatic transmission filter is incapable of keeping out of the oil. This lets me select and use a range of GM engine oil filters at micron levels that are sufficient to keep the small gritty particulates out of the trans oil. The 1/2 inch NPT threads allow fittings of sufficient size that the lines and fittings do not impede oil flow. RJH Seattle

    Transmission helper

    Product is a complete kit that is easily installed and assembled. The kit come with 3/8 barb hose fittings, which is good for 1/2 ton and below cars and trucks. Instructions were easy to understand and detailed in regards to assembly and mounting. I am relieved to have additional filtration for the "lacking" factory transmission filter in my vehicle. I highly recommend this as an option to assist in keeping the transmission oil cleaner, longer and with a piece of mind that it is there.
