Barely workable.
Antenna didn't work. Had to take apart and clean. Missing small parts that I cannibalized from the antenna in car. After much oiling finally got antenna to go up and down. Some exterior parts of case broken off. Ultimatley I got it to work, but thought it would be in better shape..If not mechanically inclinded, would have been a waste,
