Five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media provide maximum airflow for best performance results. Washable and reusable for multiple cleaning cycles, the tall open evenly spaced pleats provide excellent dust holding capacity for longer service cycle between cleanings.     Breathing Easy

    I already had an AFE cold air intake on my diesel truck. I ordered this extra filter so I would always have one on the shelf when I service my truck. I have owned several brands over the years and AFE seems to give me the most air flow to my diesel beast unleashing it's 600 hp where the rubber meets the road. I am very satisfied with its quality and rugged good looks also. You can't go wrong with this filter if you want the Beast you drive to fill its lungs with every breath.
