Very Little Improvement
I have a 2004 Silverado, 5.3 L 4WD Pickup. K&N Cold Air Intake & Headman Headers. Relatively easy installation. It's a quality built item. Barely noticeable improvement in pickup under 3000rpm. Hell yeah brother

Decreased fuel economy
I bought this and a cold air intake and installed them at the same time. And the throttle response was awesome but half the reason I decided to install it was for fuel mileage and I saw a 1-3 mpg decrease.
