Only time will tell if it holds up better than bronze.
I purchased this for my boat engine (383 sbc stroker w/roller cam) to avoid having to replace bronze gears as many bronze gears wear out and need to be checked regularly. A must for roller cams and if it last 3 times longer as suggested, it’s worth the cost with extend gear life and avoid the extra maintenance, especially with a water craft. Time will tell. (Check your distributor shaft size, they do vary). Life’s grand. A grand here and a grand there.
