In fact not the second design flywheel.
The part I recieved was not the second design flywheel that should measure at the friction area 8.96 inches minimum. The flywheel I recieved measures around 8.5 inches which when converted into mm is clearly the first design. Unfortunately I sat on the part a while so I cant return it.
