heats up quickly

HEATING INCONSIST
I have a severe low back injury which I had surgery for and I use a heating pad every day to help ease my pain. I have owned 2 other Thermotech heating pads and have had no issues prior to this. This heating pad is hard to set desired temp/time. The pad does not have a consistent heat. Some times it is VERY HOT and other times I need to turn it while in the same setting. I do not reccomend this product. Spend the money and buy a REAL thermotech. I believe this is a knock off.
