I really like being able to flip the mirror out of the way!
I have used this style of mirror for about 25 years now on multiple bikes - first a Rhode Gear, then later Blackburn branded mirrors. Eventually either a crash or the plastic just ages out after a couple of decades the mirror needs to be replaced. The only issue I have with this mirror is the optics (distortion) of the mirror image itself. It is a convex mirror -"Objects in mirror are closer than they appear". The forming of the convex shape of the mirror is not ideal / correct. I can live with this issue because of this mirror's unique feature - you can pivot the mirror about the horse shoe bracket. I have my mirror positioned so that I can flip/rotate the mirror inboard toward the handle bar stem - when the mirror is flipped inboard, it keeps the mirror from being whacked when parked or when rolling the bike thru tight spaces.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don't don't look back!

Not very good, but the best I have found
It isn't a very good product, but its the only game in town. I have gone through several competitors products that wouldn't work. I found this one that fits the logistical specifications of my needs, but it isn't very robust or of good quality.
