After a lot of research I decided to go with the Arris 6580-2 and I am happy I did. This unit works excellent with Comcast/Xfinity and easily runs through the setup procedure. The only thing I don't care for is you have to choose to either run 2.4GHZ or 5GHz, you can run them at the same time. Other than that no complaints at all. I have Xfinity PERFORMANCE PLUS 60Mbps and through wifi I am seeing 42-46Mbps and with ethernet I am seeing 60-70Mbps You cannot beat this for the price and very stable performance.
