No instructions included, so find them on youtube and pay attention. Multiple videos for each part (outer box + shoe box). Sturdy once put together, but some of the seams or perforations aren't exactly aligned perfectly. Bending the cardboard to fit is necessary. Hard surface also necessary to assemble.
