A neat little inverter for light duty needs in remote locations. Using while camping to run short duration medical equipment and charging phones, hearing aids etc. Pay attention to the 150 Watt , 1.25 A Max output and keep use in side those max's. I have been using with a 4 aH battery, and up to the 150 watt output with no issues.. The tool is light weight, compact and packs easily for short length spike camps, not withstanding battery wt.

output all worked as should except one thing. It will run my tablet and phone when either is low on power but does NOT charge. Even with the electronics off and still it won't charge up. This was a NOT IN BOX item. Described as NEW but I think it was a return for that reason.

I bought this to run an electric cigarette rolling machine when I'm off grid camping. First I bought the 40v inverter because I didn't think this 18v to 120v had enough amps to do the job. I was pleasantly surprised! I gave it a test drive at the house before taking it camping. With a 9 a/h battery, I rolled 2 cartons of smokes and still had a full 4 bars left on the battery. The 40v system is 300 watts and a massive 6 a/h battery, which is heavy. Another thing I like about using 18v stuff, I have a car charger to recharge 18v batteries. Since the 150 watt inverter runs the cigarette machine, its a perfect match for what I use it for. Its just crazy to fire up a 3500 watt gas generator just to roll a pack of smokes for the day. I feel its worth every penny I paid for it!

Really great little gadget ! Being in an area of frequent power outages, this inverter is a great "fast grab" alternative power source for a lamp and television until power is restored (short term) , or to allow basic lighting until I can rig the generator. Since we use an 18V Ryobi flashlight daily, the 150W inverter was the best choice for our needs. In my eyes, this item is a bit pricey, in the $50 - $60 range, but I'll admit that it IS a handy item to have around. Yep, I'll recommend this item !!

Light Weight, Compact size, very easy to carry, powers everything that you will need to take with you on the move.often, I need to use my power tools, Electric Chainsaw, Drill, Saw, etc around my 5 acres of land. The Ryobi Power Source makes it very easy and convenient to bring power where I need it. Use a 6ah battery and you will get a lot of use between charges.
