Has great features and functions. I like how you can dim the lights on the stereo. Great sound quality! Great price! Very pleased. I actually purchased it for my step-daughter that just turned sweet 16 and installed it in her first car. She wanted a stereo that had the AUX input, to plug her iPhone into it. I always let her plug into my car stereo. I'm seriously thinking about replacing my 20 year old Pioneer Super Tuner with the same stereo. But it's hard to part with a stereo that's been so good, (and still is) that's been in my last 5 or 6 cars. I liked right out of the box, and as soon as I saw it lit up and heard it. She's totally loving it, as are any of her friends that ride in her car.

skips every 30 seconds when listening to cd. This happens all the time parked or moving and even brand new cds. Unit was too big for opening, does not follow standard size. interiier dash cover pieces will not go back on correctly due to size of it.

I finally bought this stereo for my truck after years of using one of those Bluetooth/FM cigarette lighter adapters to connect my phone to my OEM stereo. Why did I wait so long? This unit will play audio CDs, MP3 CDs, from a USB drive, from an auxiliary (headphone) jack, Bluetooth, and obviously, AM and FM radio. After I first installed it, there was a large discrepancy between the USB device volume and the radio volume, so that I about jumped out of my seat when I switched sources from USB to radio. But fortunately, the stereo has a menu function for this, wherein I was able to adjust the inputs to have similar volumes. My only issue if I were to think of one, is that the unit does have a lead wire to connect to my truck's dash brightness control. Even that has an acceptable solution though, as the menu lets you choose between three brightness settings. I put it on the middle brightness setting and it is visible during the day and not too bright at night.Read full review

I needed a basic replacement for a '92 Honda Accord stock radio. The reviews on this product were largely positive. The price was more than reasonable for a new radio with Bluetooth and CD. It was straightforward to install, although I highly recommend ordering a harness adapter and building a custom harness with the included radio pigtail as some have suggested. It would have been very difficult to cut and splice into the stock harness due to lack of extra wire length and necessity of matching of Honda coded wires with standard colors. It fit perfectly in the original space (including the small lower cubby which came out also). It was easy to secure firmly in the dash. I have yet to try the Bluetooth feature, but unit came with a remote microphone (also supposedly a built in mic) and also has a built in USB port and separate USB cable. It came with two different face trim frames, release bars (in case you need to remove it) and extra hardware. One trim frame snapped on and fit perfectly - it looks great in the dash. CD works fine. Also has a nifty little remote control, but I doubt I'll ever be using that. The sound quality is certainly adequate, though I'm using the stock Honda speakers, so nothing special there. AM reception is weak and noisy, but was previously as well, so probably more a problem with the car wiring than the radio. Overall, so far I'm totally happy and would recommend the Axxera as a great buy amd super value!Read full review

Sound quality is excellent, has all the features of a much more expensive unit. Am very happy with the purchase, would recommend to anyone wanting a quality unit at a very reasonable price.
