I have always had these but this one is different.
This is the only type of ladder I have bought over since 2008. The new one I just got is very and I mean very hard to open until you get to the last five runs. My old ones were never this hard at all. Yes I know how it opens but just too hard. I love the ladder it’s a good one my old is working fine but I change them out about every 3 to 5 years. Wish I would have just not purchased a new or wish the company I bought from would exchange it for another. It may just be this ladder and all the rest or fine, I don’t know. Are use it for pest control work and if I’m on the ground that’s fine but if I have to get in the air on top of a roof to inspect something,
