Right out the box the esc comes with everything you will need to get it mounted in your truck and go! The thick wires come pre cut and the tips soldered. plenty of length to to move it anywhere on the chassis. Full instruction manual comes with all hardware and heat shrink tubing you need as well double sided sticky pad enough for esc and power switch also has a base plate and screws and an extra waterproof cover and screws for the power switch. Really easy to program with a program card too no need to use the transmitter if you have the hobbywing program card. I'm running a 2S 40C Lipo with a 4000KV hobbywing ezrun motor and it's a perfect combo plenty of torque and power. Very impressed
So far I've ran four 3s 60c lipos on this speed controller with tons of full bore runs in a 4x4 stampede, with paddle tires through the snow in freezing conditions. Hasn't skipped a beat yet. My stock Traxxas ESC caught fire doing the same thing.
