Breathe new life in your old 478 sytem!
This one is the second best choice (after the Gallatin core). Even now in 2016 it performs well in single threaded tasks on my workstation. Major pro is that it runs very cool: with Zalman cnps7000cu and good silver thermal paste, under max load 45-48 Celsius (also the pc case has good airflow). Still there is not much about performance for this processor right now... it feels something different then i leave my modern gaming rig and play some old games on this revived PCVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
