Product works and I used a handful of times. Hooked it up and had no leaks and it seems to be great for a diy person. Cuts through 1/4 inch pretty descent haven't tried any thicker. Includes everything needed to use, had to get a fitting for compressor hook up, cost 5 $. Time will tell but perfect so far. Allows cuts an angle grinder won't do.

I honestly could not give this unit of bad review. I just think I got one with a defective part in it. I would love to have another one just like it that work like it should. The cut 50 actually works very well for the purpose I used it for which is making yard art out of old Freon tanks. It cut effortlessly and did a very good job. Sometimes it would not arc like it should and I would actually have to cut the machine off and then back on and it worked fine. Then one time I cut the machine on and it kicked the breaker and it is never work since that time. That was about a week after I got it.

I've used it for a couple weeks so far and so far so good! For the money, it's a great value. If I can get a couple years + out of it, I'll be very satisfied. I've used it to cut/repair the frame of a TJ Jeep Wrangler and it cuts through pretty good. The thickest metal I've tested it on is about 1/4" steel and it did a pretty decent cut. If you can't afford the $$ of the big named brands then this is the way to go.

First time plasma cutter user. I love this thing! bought it for sheet metal work and it does it extremely well! My only complaints are it is a 220 unit with only a 110 plug.. And the hose clamps are garbage! But all in all for $170 its unbeatable!

I have no prior experience with a plasma cutter. It took maybe 20 minutes to get it put together and set up. I have tried it on thin gauge steel and copper and a up to about 1/8 inch steel. The thin gauge cuts very quickly and fairly clean. The thicker took some time, but made the cut. It does what it is supposed to. I was using it at 120 volts, but have read it will perform better at 240, so will be wiring it with a dual plug so I can use it at 120 or 240. I have no idea how long this will last. I am guessing for a casual user like me it will last forever. Time will tell. Be forewarned that a regular welding helmet will probably be too dark. I could not see the line. I purchased brazing goggles with a #5 darkness. Do your own research to decide how dark you want. I would recommend this plasma cutter. Read full review

Seems to work as decribed, my only issue is finding the proper plug to work with this machine. Should come with a 110 and 240v plug option for a few bucks more

Better than I expected, cuts 1/4," and 5/16" well, gouges welds out good too. Just be patient. Good buy, hope it lasts a long time. Buy extra tips and connect to 220v, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Cuts well on 110 volts up to 1/8" steel. 220 volts 3/8" steel easily. Did not come with 220 plug. Had to use one off my inverter mig welder. Easy to assemble and operate. No need to make contact to start arc. Nice! Regulater is ok. Got a few extra consumables. Great for a beginner or small shop.

Unpacked and working in around 15 minutes. Everything need to run other than an air compressor. I had never used a plasma cutter before this, but was able to make cuts in 3/16" steel that was much cleaner than I could dream of cutting with a torch. I was able to cut 3/8", but my cut wasn't as clean. I believe this was my fault not the machines. I bought the cheapest one on Ebay, and Ii can see where it will save me a tremendous amount of time, and money.I think I've been keeping the lights on at HF just in cutting disc sales alone.

If you’re smart you will spend the little extra for a piloted cutter. It cuts good but do hook it to 220v if you want to cut thicker steel. Starting on a painted surface is a bit difficult but it does work ok. Don’t expect to cut 3/8” for long periods of time without taking breaks after a few inches it will shut off in the overheat mode. It’s another tool I never realized I need.
