Exact replacement for my original part. The kit was very complete, easy and intuitive to install. It was an unexpectedly inexpensive repair for my old sluggish fan motor. You will receive extra hardware that is unnecessary for some installations--just use what matches the components you remove. Be prepared to strip the two wires that originally powered the motor in a rather inconvenient location (an actual wire-stripper tool helps a lot!) Refrigerator works again
Notice the side of my fridge getting hot and no air circulating like usual. Looked in the back and the fan was not turning. Bumped it and it spun, although a little slowly.. Bought about 1983 and never repaired it until now. Replaced the fan motor with this one and the fridge cools like new.
