Reduces soreness after exercise routine
My hormone test results revealed an unbalanced anabolic/catatolic state, leaning far into catabolic. I feel much better now that I drink this whey protein following an exercise routine and do not experience severe soreness. I like to mix half double rich chocolate flavor, half vanilla ice cream flavor, a little PB 2 powdered peanut butter, a few vanilla stevia drops, unsweetened almond milk, water and ice. Blend in Nutrabullet. I also try to eat a little cottage cheese before bed for the longer lasting casein protein effect during the night.
