Ceramic Epoxy - Arctic Alumina Review
Worked great for my application - attaching small heat sinks to heat-generating components on a 3D printer control board. Conveniently this ceramic-based adhesive is not electrically conductive like the other similar Arctic Silver epoxy which contains aluminum. So, this means you don't have to worry if a little of your adhesive touches pins etc. Easy to deal with and not as pugnacious as standard epoxy. Cures to not workable texture pretty fast, so only mix what you need to attach a single heat sink at a time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I bought this and it came packed well but the part B of the epoxy was a tan tint . Knowing this product it was sitting to long and had went bad in the first 1/4 in. of the tube. This product is supposed to be white in color. To use this you need to mix the two parts A&B in even amounts. The first 1/4in. of B i had to discard .
