This piece is close to the required arch needed for Fender guitars with a curved nut slot. I shaped it to correctly fit the arch and trimmed the ends to fit the fingerboard width. When I completed the slots for the strings and finish sanded for height of the nut and rounded the edges it turned out good. Guitar had nice tone, too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
