  • This Is Great for working on a Harley Davidson Main & Counter shaft C ring retaner ring clip

Need for working on a Harley Davidson Main shaft & Counter shaft . I did have to file the tip down to get the C ring past the splines. if not filed down you will bend the retaining clip . They will open 1-1/2 inch work good for a 1-1/4 inch C ring . C ring force is around 25 to 30 foot pounds the tool will work for the price. the bottom side has to be rounded the tip also needs to be rounded They did not bend under 30 pounds of force. Harley C rings are very tight to the gear that and the spline is why they have to be filed down. If I was working on bikes full time I think this tool would last a few years used every week.

  • Doing a SYE? Get these.

These are pliers you need when working on a transfer case or transmission. Standard lock ring pliers won't do. If you read the forums I'm sure you've read some of the problems people can have when doing a SYE. These pliers will save you a lot of frustration.
