Sleek design, looks and feels well made. Brew time a little lengthy but coffee tastes great. Option of regular or strong brew. Comes with gold tone re-usable filter basket. You will need the manual to program it the first time, but after that it's a breeze. I really like that it keeps coffee hot for 4 hours (instead of 2 like many others) before it shuts off. The water tank leaks all over, and we were unable to even use the coffee maker once. It was a total waste of money. Not happy at all with this product, and would not recommend it to anyone.
