Easy to install
It was very easy to install. The fan came prewired to the thermostat (which the picture of the product does not show). I especially liked how the four mounting arms of the fan's housing each had two slots that were offset from each other as this gives you more options for mounting the fan. Easy Installation, Quite and Efficient
Bought one and easily installed it in one end of my vented attic gable roof. Liked its value, ease of installation and the satisfactory performance of the fan that I bought another and installed it in the other end of the roof. It took several hours to install, but well worth it as I could immediately feel the attic temperature drop after turning it on. I first installed and socket in the attic and wired a plug to the supplied junction box. I made a custom mounting plate out of 3/4 inch plywood.
