This book has some basic info that some might find it too simplified. I however found that reading this womans success story was inspiring and encouraging to not give up on the goal of children who get enough sleep (and moms n dads too!). There was some helpful info in there and she includes a lot of research and facts on the affects of sleep deprivation, how much sleep each child needs, the importance of a schedule, the affects of TV and other electronics on sleep. Great Read. Though I've read many other sleep books I still found helpful info in this one.
