this book shows a chinese adaptation of the much older indian art of marmr-adi known to the chinese as dim-mak,it differs only slighyly but in essence is the same, the original method from india included mantras ,visualization, and and the krams [patterns] were done nine times to the left then the right in the pattern of the svastikathere is much the author did not show or maybe did not know never the less the book is worth haveing the price is is a steal to say the least and the content is very interesting it is goldmine of information on a aspect of martial arts misunderstood and all but dead. the book will become even more interesting you google [the mystical meaning of the number 108, you might get smart and buy a second copy.
