Well preserved recipes
I remembered this cookbook from the early 70s and had a handwritten recipe from it. The recipes might need little tweaks for some of the ingredients...this is almost 50 years later...but the premise is still the same. And, the illustrations are perfect. Outstanding vegetarian cookbook
This cookbook is a replacement for my original Veg Epi that fell apart and whose pages disintegrated. I particularly recommend the corn chowder and the lentil stew. They are staples in our house.
