milky gel-like with thin consistency
I ordered it a while back but am reviewing after a while, which gave me enough time to really evaluate.according to use. i'm 53 yrs and am not wrinkled yet so this is only my review: Basically all of HADALABO products just stand out. Packaging looks simple but the products are just terriffic. this is a milky gel-like with thin consistency so the way to put it on is to lightly pat it on your face--i usually put it on my face before I go to sleep since the SUN is said to be affecting your skin while wearing it (promotes sunsports and discoloration). I find it a good product also for mature skin--however it can be individual and depending on your skin type.

The best lotion
First I only had a trial size of this lotion. I use it after the toner in my routine. It makes my skin really soft and prepare it for the following steps. When I run out and didn't use it for couple of days, I have realized how much I miss it from my routine. This is a light weight, non irritating formula. I just love it.

Nice and hidratating.
My 1st retinol product in my life, so don't have nothing to compare it with. Has a thick consistency and I don't use it as a toner, but before my moisturiser and after the ampoule/serum step. Doesn't irritate my skin, no flakes either. Feels nice and hidratating. I rarely use it tho, it's hard to integrate it into my skincare since it shouldn't be used with vitamin C, aha/bha, alcohol, glycolic acid etc.

Thick and hydrating
I have dry skin and this lotion is perfect for it. I use it daily morning and night. The texture is thicker than the other Rohto Hadalabo Gokujyun lotions, and has a whitish color.
