The wheels show average run-time. Both powered truck frames are damaged, one of the rear powered truck wheels is damaged, so the eccentric crank cannot be installed. Several rods are loose due to the uninstalled eccentric crank. Motherboard is also not installed. Locomotive could not be tested due to multiple uninstalled pieces.
