Perfect product - if you don't need current firmware
Very nice switch - looks brand new, and packaged as if it were new. Rack mount ears in package, plus licenses on printed paper. Firmware is a bit old (circa 2011, version 6.7.1) so if you need latest and greatest you probably should pass. Ciena won't give you a support account if you're not a customer of theirs. But for my needs, it's working perfectly!
