Much smaller & shorter than my previous GE water dispenser-kind of flimsy & extremely light weight...Just hope it doesn't tip over! Cold water is cool, not cold. Hot is hot. Mini storage bin is mini. Prong prevents spillage when loading bottles. So far, it serves the purpose but still like the way my previous GE was made- why must everything change??

I am not happy at all with this water machine, I have tried everything to get this water cooler to get somewhat cold, either the water or the small refrigerator and nothing is working, I am going to have to return this item, for the amount of money I paid for it I can find one that works. compact and nice looking. 2 complaints are that there's not much clearance for taller glasses and there's no flip to stay on feature. you have to depress the lever the entire time. otherwise, good.

Great time saver in the kitchen
This is a great product. Had it about a month and is performing as expected. Its so quick and easy to have instant hot water - i use the 3 gallon and refill with filtered water from my kitchen sink so no added expense. This is my second hot/cold dispenser as it has become as staple in our household. Last one was black and Decker and i think it lasted about 8 years. Hope this one will perform as well.

Tired of renting water cooler
We are very happy with our water cooler/heater. I find I drink a lot more H2O knowing I'm not getting fluoride. A few things that would give this product a five star review: 1. The water flow is slow 2. I had to place the whole thing on a stool so as not to have to lean way over every time I wanted a drink. A taller canister would be good.

Get your "flow" on with this water cooler!
Had to replace a water cooler, but wanted one with a black decor. This one was perfect. Cost less than those dispensers that are sold in the stores, and this one has a non refrigerated storage compartment. Perfect for the man cave!
