Excellent informative book, with many beautiful photos of dollhouses from 1880s to 1980s of tin litho, masonite, wood, and paper, most completely furnished. If you want to know what vintage doll furniture usually came with which vintage dollhouse, this is the go-to tome! Sometimes other vintage furniture is placed in a house which may not have come to the present owner with furniture, and we are told so, therefore still keeping true. Other times, other vintage items are added to make the rooms more 'real.' Fun to see how the interiors are 'done up.' Wonderful knowledgeable text with the photographs. Book itself and slip cover are in great shape; all pages are there, and I've enjoyed it.Verified purchase: Yes
