Overall, after I got it fixed,l I'm happy with my purchase.
The tote is beautiful! I love it. Just one negative. I had to have one side, the right corner, at the bottom sewn as a loose thread progressively unraveled when I started to use it. Other than that, it's a great looking, very useful tote.
