I am very unhappy with the unit. Why? Because most of the time even though I have been very careful in prep. still- almost every time when I scan an item the paper "balls"up even though I have been very careful in the scan process. I am thinking of seeing if I can find another another scanner. I had another NeatScan machine just before this one and it would do the same thing. The machine is amazing. Super fast scanning of piles of paper. I went paperless in less than a day. The Neat software can be cumbersome but I like the flexibility the web/phone interface provides.
