So, the CPU itself is a QUEY (ES2) model, runs at 1.4GHz base clock and up to 2.0GHz single core turbo, for me most of the time the cores hover around 1.6-1.8GHz. I am using it in an ASRock X99 Extreme6 motherboard, it worked right away without the need for any BIOS upgrade. Just be aware that POST takes very long, I panicked myself but I shouldn't have. I use it with a Cooler Master Nepton 140 XL AIO watercooler with fans running on minimal speed, and the CPU goes up to ~45C° under full load. I highly recommend this for such a low price, its a really nice solution until I can upgrade to an 18/20 core Broadwell-EP part. Does around ~1000 points in Cinebench R15 if anyone cares.
